I'm working on a list of ten things I think adventurous people must be able to do. Here's a first draft. I'd love to hear your 'ten things' as well.
1. Laugh at yourself.
2. Love deeply 3. Risk failing
4. Be decisive
5. Change your mind
6. Disappoint others (by being true to yourself)
7. Imagine a better world
8. Live prayerfully
9. Work hard
10. Let go

I think I'd add to your list of 10:
Play along the way.
Pay attention.
Laugh, not only at your self.
Look for liminal space and walk into it.
1 Believe that the adventure is not your idea but from God who created the adventure for you.
2 Trust not on our understanding of the adventure.
3 Don't underestimate "menial" adventures.
4 Look fear in the face then lay it at the foot of the cross.
5 Don't go alone, the Holy Spirit is our greatest strength.
6 Step back and take a look at the Big Picture, we are only a small part in a much grander plan (it's not all about you).
7 Be willing to do very hard things that will look foolish to some.
8 When you get discouraged know that it's part of the adventure.
9 Encourage others on their adventures.
10 Believe God can still use our adventure even when we screw it up.
I definitely like point 4 best. No, I think I really think I like point 5 but I’m not sure you can top point 4. No, I am definite about point 5. I hope I got this right even if I disappoint everyone. I have to be true to myself. I’m going to pray about it right now. I’m working hard at letting this go. I can’t help but laugh at my self. Man, I really love you guys and I mean deeply. Quiet now – my imagination is at work.

My addendum to the Pastor's list:
11. Keep an open mind and an open heart, but maintain a thick skin.
12. Don't worry about what others may think rather be concerned with what God thinks.
